It is able to save significant amount of time while creating a document as a template created for the purpose will contain most of the common content used in that type of document and the user enters only the variable fields. Templates to be used with the tool are regular MS Word documents. Labels of {{LABEL_NAME}} type are placed in the template wherever required. The application presents these fields to the user to fill in and thus creating the final document. You can create your own template and also add to, change and edit them otherwise to suit them for your use. So automating your document creation process does not require any special skills or knowledge. Your employees can become productive very quickly. This is really useful with large standard documents which have a very few changeable fields. For example an agreement is a large document whose wordings do not change much, except at a few places. Places where the name of the party is to be entered for example.

Cons: This may not be much use in case on unique document but wherever a large body of text is used repeatedly.

Overall it is very useful in case of a large number of documents and the program is set up nicely. It is easy to use too. This is good for at least a 4 star rating.
